Bratwurst and Potato Skillet

- 240 g Bratwurst
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp parsley
- salt & pepper
- 200 g red bell peppers
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- 60 g onions
Put the potatoes in salted water and cook for about 20 minutes. Then drain, cool slightly and cut into pieces.
Wash the peppers, cut them open and remove the seeds. Cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces as well. Cut the sausages in half or thirds.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes with the peppers, onions and sausages for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Towards the end of the frying time, season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and parsley.
