Ingredients
Ingredients A:
1 cup semi-coarse flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Ingredients B:
4 eggs
1 cup white yoghurt (approx. 2 x 140g yoghurts)
1/2 cup oil
2PL rum
Instructions
Mix all ingredients A in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix these ingredients B by hand with a whisk
Mix and then gradually pour this Ingredients B mixture into the Ingredients A mixture and combine.
Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx 25 mins at 180°C.
Once baked, leave to cool and finally drizzle with the topping you prepare as follows:Heat 150ml of whipping cream, but do not boil. Then pour in 200 g of dark chocolate and stir.
