Ingredients

Ingredients A:

  • 1 cup semi-coarse flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Ingredients B:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white yoghurt (approx. 2 x 140g yoghurts)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2PL rum

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients A in one bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix these ingredients B by hand with a whisk
  • Mix and then gradually pour this Ingredients B mixture into the Ingredients A mixture and combine.
  • Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx 25 mins at 180°C.
  • Once baked, leave to cool and finally drizzle with the topping you prepare as follows:
    Heat 150ml of whipping cream, but do not boil. Then pour in 200 g of dark chocolate and stir.
