Ingredients

  • 500 g small squid tubes ready to cook
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 8 orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Rinse the squid inside and out with cold water and pat dry. Place in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and marinate for 20 minutes. Then grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes on both sides and then season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the remaining olive oil and lemon juice with the parsley and drizzle over the squid arranged on plates. Serve garnished with orange slices.
