- 500 g small squid tubes ready to cook
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 8 orange slices for garnish
Rinse the squid inside and out with cold water and pat dry. Place in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and marinate for 20 minutes. Then grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes on both sides and then season with salt and pepper.
Mix the remaining olive oil and lemon juice with the parsley and drizzle over the squid arranged on plates. Serve garnished with orange slices.
