Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups flour (add gradually)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Half a teaspoon salt
  • Half a cup milk (if needed)
  • 2 cups fresh thyme
  • 1 cup small-cut cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, lemon zest, yogurt, and olive oil, stirring well.
  2. Gradually add the flour and dry ingredients, then fold in the thyme, cheese, black seeds, and sesame seeds.
  3. Pour the batter into a buttered mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour or until the cake is cooked and golden brown.
  4. Allow it to cool a bit, cut into slices, and enjoy
