  1. Peel, chop, and cook the apples (you can microwave them for 3-5 minutes, roast, or boil them).
  2. Blend the cooked apples and add melted chocolate.
  3. Mix well and blend again for a smoother consistency if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours in the fridge (although overnight is better, or 3 hours in the freezer).
  5. Shape into balls and enjoy!
