Breakfast Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 40g Oat flakes
  • 120ml Milk or plant-based milk
  • 30ml Coffee
  • 30g Mascarpone (or cream cheese)
  • Extra: Yogurt (preferably plant-based) and melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. (You can microwave it for 1 minute for an instant meal)
  2. Add the extras and serve!
