  • For 4 servings, you'll need:
  • 17.6 oz (500g) of pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 17.6 oz (500g) of ground meat
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • Salt, black pepper, thyme, turmeric, paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of harissa (optional)
  • A drizzle of sunflower oil
  • A splash of heavy cream
  • 2 packs of tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves of pressed garlic
  • A bag of shredded mozzarella

Cook your pasta according to the package instructions.

In a saucepan, drizzle some sunflower oil and add a chopped onion. Let it cook for a few seconds over medium-low heat. Add the ground meat and mix.

Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, turmeric, paprika, tomato paste, and harissa if you like it spicy. Then, add the tomato sauce and mix. Add the pressed garlic. Let it cook for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.

Drain the pasta and pour the sauce over it. Mix well and add a splash of heavy cream. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the cheese melts. Enjoy your delightful pasta gratin! 🍝✨
