Choco Banana Dessert

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100g Oat flour or buckwheat flour
  • 200ml Milk or plant-based milk
  1. Mix and cook the crepes. • Filling:
  • 130g Warm coconut milk (or cream)
  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 1 Banana per roll
  1. Mix chopped chocolate with warm coconut milk until creamy.
  2. Spread the cream on each crepe, add a halved banana, and roll it up. • Topping:
  • 200g Melted chocolate
  • 60g Chopped almonds
  • Optional: For a smoother chocolate, add a splash of coconut oil or another oil.
  1. Mix and spread it over the roll.
  2. Refrigerate to set the chocolate. *If there’s extra topping, chill it in the fridge for another time.
