  • 3.5 oz biscoff spread
  • 4.2 oz coconut yogurt
  • 2.1 fl oz almond milk
  • 4.2 oz maple syrup
  • 4.2 oz coconut sugar
  • 4.2 oz @macr0mike deluxe chocolate protein powder (use 'amb-mon' for a 10% discount)
  • 4.6 oz GF plain flour
  • 1.4 oz cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 6 Oreos, crushed
  • Frosting:
  • 5.3 oz butter
  • 2.1 oz pure icing sugar
  • 1.8 oz @macr0mike vanilla buttercream protein powder
  • 4 Oreos (filling removed), crushed
  • Toppings:
  • Crushed Oreos


  1. Preheat the oven to 329°F (fan forced) and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix biscoff, yogurt, milk, syrup, and sugar until no lumps remain.
  3. Add protein, flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, and mix until it forms a thick batter.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreos evenly.
  5. Divide the dough into 10-12 balls on the prepared tray, shaping them as desired (they’ll spread slightly).
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then let them cool.
  7. For the frosting, beat together the butter, sifted sugar, and protein in a medium bowl using a handheld beater until light and fluffy.
  8. Remove the filling from the Oreos and crush them finely (blend into a dust).
  9. Fold the Oreo dust into the frosting using a spatula, then spread or pipe the icing onto each cookie and top with more crushed Oreos. Time to enjoy these delights!
