Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • 80 grams of melted butter
  • 240 milliliters of warm milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 550-600 grams of flour
  • For the filling:
  • 120 grams of softened butter
  • 100 grams of brown sugar (you can use white)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 200 grams of cooking chocolate
  • For the icing:
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons of milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, sugar, eggs, salt, and half of the flour with yeast.
  2. Gradually add the remaining flour until a moderately firm dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Grease a bowl, place the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, sprinkle with chocolate, then roll it up and cut into pieces.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, let them rise for 40 minutes, then bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
  8. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk for the icing.
  9. Spread the icing over the cooled rolls and enjoy!
