Ingredients

  • 1.7 oz (50g) chocolate
  • 2.5 tbsp (40g) coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30g) maple syrup
  • 15 strawberries
  • 5.3 oz (150g) chocolate
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. For the filling, melt the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
  2. Once melted, add yogurt and syrup, then heat for an additional 15-20 seconds.
  3. Whisk everything together until smooth.
  4. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and chill in the fridge.
  5. Rinse, dry, and remove the tops of the strawberries, cutting out the cores if adding the filling.
  6. Fill the middle of each strawberry with the chilled filling and set aside.
  7. Line a large tray with baking paper.
  8. Melt the remaining chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each.
  9. Skewer each strawberry and dip them into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to drizzle more chocolate if needed.
  10. Place the strawberries on the tray, top with sprinkles, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set, and then enjoy!

(Without Filling):

  1. Rinse and dry the strawberries.
  2. Coat them with melted chocolate.
  3. Place them on a tray with baking paper.
  4. Top with sprinkles.
  5. Refrigerate to set.
