  • 3.5 oz peanut butter
  • 4.9 oz maple syrup
  • 2.1 oz coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4.2 oz salted caramel protein powder (use code ‘amb-mon’ for a deal!)
  • 2.1 oz chocolate chips
  • 4.2 oz dairy-free chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt


  1. Start by lining a square cake tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk everything until it's smooth and completely combined.
  4. Mix in the protein powder and chocolate chips, stirring until it forms a soft, dough-like consistency.
  5. Press this mixture into the base of the prepared tin.
  6. Melt the dairy-free chocolate and spread it evenly over the top.
  7. Finish it off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and pop it in the fridge to set for about 15 minutes.
  8. After setting, cut it into 8 delicious bars and dig in!
