It doesn’t get any airier than this! This mousse cake is prepared in just 10 minutes. On the base of butter cookies comes a fine dessert cream – so delicious.
Creamy And Delicious Mousse Cake
- 100 g butter cookies
- 400 ml milk
- 2 pck. dessert cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 500 g cream
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
Prepare a baking frame (39 x 21 cm) on a cake plate. Line with butter cookies. Whip the dessert cream with milk, vanilla extract and sugar for about 5 minutes until firm. Whip cream until stiff and fold into cream. Pour the mixture onto the butter cookie layer and smooth it out.
Press the dark chocolate chips in the bag into small pieces. Open package and spread over cake. Refrigerate cake for at least 3 hours or until ready to serve. Cake yields approximately 20 pieces.

For the dessert cream, you can go all the way to your taste. Chocolate flavor, vanilla or white chocolate – the meringue cake always succeeds and tastes so delicious!
