- 350 grams of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 dessert spoon of vanilla extract
- 30 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of softened butter
- 210 milliliters of warm milk
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, egg, salt, vanilla, baking powder, and dry yeast.
Add the milk and mix.
Add the butter and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Let it rise for 2 hours.
After shaping the donuts, let them rise again for 30-40 minutes.
Fry on low heat for a few minutes on each side.
You can also bake them, but they'll turn out quite different.
