If you’re a fan of the delightful combination of peaches and cream, you’re in for a treat with our no-bake peach cheesecake bars recipe! It’s absolutely fantastic and incredibly easy to whip up, making it a perfect dessert for the same day.

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 cup of sugar (divided)
  • 4 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces each), softened
  • 3 ounces of JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin (equivalent to one small box)
  • 8 ounces of frozen whipped topping (1 tub), thawed
  • 2 fresh peaches, chopped into small pieces (you can leave the skins on or peel them – it’s your choice)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking pan. Place it in the fridge to let it firm up while you prepare the cheesecake mixture.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar until it’s completely blended. Add the dry Jell-o mix and mix it in thoroughly. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and the chopped peaches.
  3. Retrieve the pan from the fridge and pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
  4. Place the pan back in the fridge and let it refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until it becomes firm.

Enjoy your delicious no-bake peach cheesecake bars! 😍🍑🍰
