  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (3 g)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g softened butter or margarine
  • Additional:
  • Jam of your choice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


  1. Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and a pinch of salt, then mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, then knead the dough until it comes together.
