  • 2 mangoes* (or 14 ounces of pre-frozen mango)
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or honey)


    • Cut the mangoes into small pieces and freeze them for at least 5 hours.
    • Put the frozen mango pieces into a food processor (make sure it's not a blender).
    • Add the agave syrup and blend until it turns into ice cream (at first, the mango will crumble, then become creamy).
    • Enjoy right after blending or store in a tightly sealed container in the freezer.
