Ingredients

  • For the cake:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • For the crumble:
  • 50g butter
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Some grated orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add vegetable oil, orange juice, vanilla sugar, yogurt, and grated orange zest. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumble topping, crumbling them together with your hands.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cake batter.
  7. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.
