Quick and Easy Nutella Mini Croissants

Quick and Easy Nutella Mini Croissants 😍 You really can’t get any faster than this, and they taste like a dream. Save this recipe for the weekend!

For about 14 mini croissants, you’ll need:

  • 1 roll of fresh puff pastry
  • Nutella or hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • A knife and a pastry brush

Here’s how to make them:

  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) on the convection setting. Let the puff pastry rest for about 10 minutes, then roll it out slightly thinner and cut it into 14 triangles.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of Nutella on the wide side of each triangle. Don’t overdo it, or the croissants will be hard to roll up. Roll them up from the wide side, tucking in the ends, and shape them into little croissants. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the egg yolk and milk. Brush the croissants with this mixture.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven until they’re golden brown. Take them out of the oven, let them cool a bit, dust with powdered sugar if you like, and serve. Enjoy! 😊
