- 3.5 oz dairy-free butter
- 2.6 oz peanut butter
- 1.8 oz powdered sugar
- 0.7 oz @macr0mike peanut butter protein powder
- 1.4 oz melted chocolate
- 1 oz chopped peanuts
- Preheat your oven to 338°F and line a muffin tray with 10 cupcake cases.
- Combine the applesauce, yoghurt, peanut butter, and sugar in a large bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Add the protein, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and bicarb soda, folding until well combined.
- Evenly distribute the batter into the 10 cupcake cases. Smooth the tops and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool.
- For the frosting, beat together the butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
- Once combined, add the sugar and protein, beating until light and fluffy.
