  • Cupcakes:
  • 4.2 oz applesauce/apple puree
  • 9.7 oz coconut yoghurt
  • 2.8 oz peanut butter
  • 2.8 oz coconut sugar
  • 2.1 oz @macr0mike choc PB cup protein powder (use 'amb-mon' for 10% off)
  • 3.2 oz GF plain flour
  • 0.9 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • Frosting:
  • 3.5 oz dairy-free butter
  • 2.6 oz peanut butter
  • 1.8 oz powdered sugar
  • 0.7 oz @macr0mike peanut butter protein powder
  • Toppings:
  • 1.4 oz melted chocolate
  • 1 oz chopped peanuts


  1. Preheat your oven to 338°F and line a muffin tray with 10 cupcake cases.
  2. Combine the applesauce, yoghurt, peanut butter, and sugar in a large bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add the protein, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and bicarb soda, folding until well combined.
  4. Evenly distribute the batter into the 10 cupcake cases. Smooth the tops and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool.
  5. For the frosting, beat together the butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
  6. Once combined, add the sugar and protein, beating until light and fluffy.
  7. Frost or pipe the cupcakes, then top them with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts. Time to enjoy these treats!
