Tiramisu Oats

Today, we’re whipping up some delicious Tiramisu Oats that aren’t just healthy and filling but taste really good and bring that morning caffeine kick right to your breakfast table.

For this, we’ll need some porridge made partly with freshly brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, and cocoa powder. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you can stir in your favorite sweetener into the porridge.

I’ve used the classic porridge from RUF here. You just need to mix it with boiling water as per the package instructions and let it sit for a bit. For my Tiramisu Oats, I simply swapped half of the recommended water amount with freshly brewed coffee

Tiramisu Oats

  • 2 packets of RUF Porridge Classic
  • 2/3 cup Water (150 ml)
  • 2/3 cup Coffee (150 ml)
  • 14 oz Greek Yogurt (400 g)
  • A sprinkle of cocoa powder for topping
  • Optional: A touch of sweetener of your choice

Prepare the porridge following the package instructions, but replace half of the boiling water with freshly brewed coffee. Optionally, stir in a bit of sweetener.

🔹Let it sit for about 3 minutes, give it another stir, then layer it alternately with the Greek yogurt into two glasses.

🔹Sprinkle with cocoa powder and maybe decorate with a few coffee beans.

🔹You can dig into the Tiramisu Oats right away or store them in the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast. They keep well!
