Ingredients

  • Layer 1:
  • 7 oz Milk Chocolate Couverture
  • 2 oz Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Layer 2:
  • 2.1 oz Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 oz Condensed Milk
  • 5.3 oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 oz Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 7 oz Salted Peanuts
  • Layer 3:
  • 17 oz Caramel Toffees
  • 1.8 oz Cream
  • Layer 4:
  • 7 oz Milk Chocolate Couverture
  • 2 oz Smooth Peanut Butter

Instructions

Layer 1:
Chop the couverture and melt it with the peanut butter over a double boiler. Pour it into a dish lined with plastic wrap (about 8.5 inches x 8.5 inches). Then chill it for at least 15 minutes (the freezer works best). It should cool completely and become firm.

Layer 2:
In a pot, combine butter, sugar, and condensed milk, and bring to a boil while stirring. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then add the marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth. Lastly, fold in the peanuts and pour the mixture into the dish. Chill for another 15 minutes.

Layer 3:
Melt the caramel toffees with the cream in a pot over low heat, stirring until it forms a smooth mixture. Let it cool slightly, then spread it over the peanut layer. Chill again.

Layer 4:
Melt the couverture with peanut butter over a double boiler and pour it over the caramel. Let it cool and set.

Once the mixture is firm, remove it from the dish. Gently pull the plastic wrap away from the dish. Remove the wrap and cut it into squares with a sharp knife.
