Chocolate Twists


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (add as many as you like)
  • 3/4 cup of custard


  1. Begin by spreading custard all over the puff pastry sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the desired amount of chocolate chips.
  3. Now, fold the pastry in half, then cut it into 6 strips using a pizza cutter.
  4. Take each strip and twist it (check out the video for reference) and give them a quick egg wash.
  5. Finally, bake them at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown. Enjoy!
