This egless tiramisu is perfect for summer and you can even prepare it the day before – so there is more time for the guests.
The Italian classic is the star when it comes to dessert. Tiramisu you can now easily prepare without raw eggs.
Easy and Delicious Eggless Tiramisu
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons amaretto
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1 – 2 tbsp. cream (optional)
- 200 g lady fingers
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Brew cup of strong coffee and let cool completely. When the coffee has cooled, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar, amaretto and lemon zest. Depending on the consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of cream so that the cream is not too firm. Place half of the ladyfingers as the first layer in the baking dish (24×18 cm). Drizzle the coffee over it with a tablespoon.
Pour half of the mascarpone cream on the soaked ladyfingers and smooth it down. Repeat the step with the ladyfingers and the coffee and finish with the mascarpone cream. Smooth and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Instead of amaretto, you can also use coffee liqueur or simply omit the alcohol completely.
