This one’s a real winner! So easy to make, and trust me, they are SO delicious. 😍🙌🏻 With a soft, creamy coconut filling and a crispy layer of dark chocolate. Ideal to whip up this weekend or any other time. 🥳

INGREDIENTS: Makes 6 to 8 pieces

  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 35g agave syrup or honey
  • 25g coconut oil at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125g dark chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil

LET’S DO THIS! 1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate. The coconut filling should be a bit wet and sticky.

2️⃣ Divide the mixture into molds or press it into the bottom of a cake pan lined with parchment paper, and press it down firmly. Put the baking pan in the freezer for half an hour to an hour.

3️⃣ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, adding 1 tsp of coconut oil for a nice shine if desired. Dip the Bounties in the chocolate and let the chocolate harden on a piece of parchment paper.

4️⃣ Swirl the remaining chocolate over the Bounties and ENJOY!
