  • 7 oz Ladyfingers
  • 5 fl oz Lemon Syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • For the Cream:
  • 17.6 oz Low-Fat Quark
  • 8.8 oz Mascarpone
  • 7 oz Creme Fraiche
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 3.4 fl oz Lemon Syrup
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp Sugar for those with a sweet tooth
  • 7 oz Heavy Cream (liquid)
  • 10.5 oz Lemon Curd
  • For the Decoration:
  • 7 oz Whipped Cream
  • Lemon Slices


Briefly dunk half of the ladyfingers in the lemon syrup and line them in a baking dish.
For the cream, mix all ingredients except the lemon curd until smooth and creamy.

Spread half of the cream evenly over the ladyfingers. Then, layer half of the lemon curd on top.
Next, dunk the second half of the ladyfingers in the lemon syrup and place them over the cream.
Spread the remaining cream on top and swirl the remaining lemon curd over it.
Finally, decorate with whipped cream and lemon slices, then chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
