  • 8.8 oz graham crackers
  • 8.8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream (30% fat)
  • 5.3 oz milk chocolate + 3.5 oz heavy cream (30% fat)
  • 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer 😉
  • 6 packs of Kinder Bueno bars
  • 4 blocks of dark chocolate + 2 tsp heavy cream (30% fat)


  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture in half.
  4. Melt milk chocolate with heavy cream, then mix into one half of the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream, then mix into the other half of the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of a dish.
  7. Break Kinder Bueno bars into pieces and spread them over the crumbs.
  8. Alternate layers of the milk chocolate and dark chocolate mixtures over the Kinder Bueno bars.
  9. Repeat the layers as desired.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy the heavenly taste of Kinder Bueno delight!
