Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts – Only 2 Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts - Only 2 Ingredients

Are you a doughnut lover but not so keen on the fuss of making them? Ever wished you could whip up a batch of delicious treats with just two simple ingredients? Well, you’re in for a treat, because I’m about to show you how to make fantastic 2-ingredient doughnuts!

Believe it or not, all you need is some self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. No yeast, no eggs, no oil, and no sugar—just these two magical ingredients that come together to create a soft and fluffy dough that you can shape into your favorite kind of doughnut.

Ingredients:

  • 2-Ingredient Doughnuts
    • 400 grams of self-rising flour
    • 460 milliliters of Greek yogurt (avoid using low-fat)
    • 1 egg (for egg wash)
    • 2 tablespoons of butter (to brush on after baking)
  • Pumpkin Spice Sugar
    • 6 tablespoons of caster sugar
    • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice

Instructions:

  1. Start by mixing the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Begin with a spoon and then get in there with your hands.
  2. Once it comes together, transfer the dough to a floured counter. It might be a bit sticky, so keep adding flour to your hands and sprinkle some onto the dough.
  3. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces (each about 80 grams).
  4. Roll them into long sausage shapes, then fold them in half and twist the two ropes together.
  5. Give the doughnuts a nice brush with an egg wash, then pop them in the oven at 170°C for 17 minutes.
  6. After baking, brush them with melted butter and dust them with that lovely pumpkin sugar.
  7. To make the pumpkin sugar, just add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice to 6 tablespoons of caster sugar.
  8. For serving, go ahead and dunk those doughnuts in melted Biscoff spread.

And there you have it—easy, two-ingredient doughnuts with a touch of pumpkin spice magic. Enjoy! 🍩😋
