Strawberry Ice Cream Tiramisu


  • 400 g ladyfingers
  • Milk for soaking
  • Cream:
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding mix or vanilla cream powder
  • 1 cup 40% fat quark
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 2 packets of gelatin fix


Dip half of the ladyfingers briefly into the milk and line them in a baking dish (about 9x9 inches).

Mix all the cream ingredients until creamy. Spread half of this mixture over the ladyfingers.

Now dip the other half of the ladyfingers in milk and layer them over the cream. Then spread the remaining cream mixture on top.

Blend the strawberries, stir in the gelatin fix, and quickly spread this mix over the top.

Chill it for at least 6 hours (overnight is even better), and before serving, sprinkle it with white chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
