Delicious Blueberry Cake! 😍😊 The perfect recipe for the weekend. 😍 Thanks to the Greek yogurt, it’s wonderfully moist and tender. 😍😋

It also works with frozen blueberries. 😊 Just be careful not to overmix the batter with the berries, or it might turn blue. 😊

Here’s how to make it:


  • 180g (about 1.5 sticks) soft butter
  • 160g (about 3/4 cup) sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g (about 2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 270g (about 2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300g (about 2 cups) blueberries
  • Optional: Powdered sugar


  1. Cream together the soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and mix.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt and beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the flour and baking powder, and fold them into the batter.
  5. Wash the blueberries and gently fold them in with a spoon.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (about 355°F) with convection for about 60 minutes.
  7. Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar.
