- 180g (about 1.5 sticks) soft butter
- 160g (about 3/4 cup) sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150g (about 2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
- 270g (about 2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300g (about 2 cups) blueberries
- Optional: Powdered sugar
- Cream together the soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one and mix.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and beat for 2 minutes.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, and fold them into the batter.
- Wash the blueberries and gently fold them in with a spoon.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (about 355°F) with convection for about 60 minutes.
- Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar.
