Delicious Reese’s Brownies

If you’re a fan of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, or you know someone who is, it’s time to drop everything and whip up a batch of these scrumptious Reese’s Brownies. Honestly, I like them even more than the actual candy. They’re irresistibly tasty, delightfully rich, and super easy to make.

For the Brownies:

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of peanut butter

For the Frosting:

  • 1/4 cup of softened butter
  • 4 tablespoons of whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa
  • 1 pound of powdered sugar

For the Topping:

  • 3/4 cup of chopped salted peanuts
  • 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 3/4 cup of peanut butter chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt, cocoa, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in the sugar and eggs.
  5. Add the flour and peanut butter, and keep mixing until you have a smooth batter.
  6. Pour this delightful mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 22-25 minutes.
  7. Once they’re done, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
  8. While the brownies are cooling, prepare the frosting by beating together the butter, whipping cream, water, and cream cheese in a bowl at medium speed until it’s all fluffy and dreamy.
  9. Gradually beat in the cocoa and powdered sugar until it’s perfectly smooth. Then, spread this velvety frosting over the cooled brownies.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts, peanut butter cups, and peanut butter chips on top of the frosting.
  11. Cut these fantastic brownies into squares and serve them up. Enjoy every delectable bite! 😋🍫
