- For the brownie crumble:
- 1 teaspoon oats
- 1 teaspoon oat flour (or almond flour/meal)
- 15 grams cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- Cookie crumbs (I went with Oreos)
- Stracciatella & Brownie Layer:
- 250 grams yogurt/Quark/skyr
- 15 grams stracciatella whey protein (or any other)
- 1 crumbled cookie of choice
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons hot water
Start with the crumble by mixing oats, flour, and cocoa powder. Stir in the yogurt and cookie crumbs until you get a crumbly texture. If it’s too dry, add more yogurt.
For the stracciatella layer, mix yogurt, protein powder, and cookie crumbs. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder with hot water. Add a third of the cream.
Now, layer all these delicious components in a small glass, and enjoy this delightful treat!
